Ridiculously over charged for transmission replacement, hourly labor charge of $175$, absolutely ridiculous, hourly labor charge at other transmission companies is $75-110$ per hour. Won't recommend aamco for a reasonable labor rate
After charging my extended warranty with a $200 deductible, I still had to pay over $700 for an oil filter housing to be replaced. The warranty company paid over $800. Total was right at $1500!
Frank lied about cost and turn around time. He leaves early, hard to communicate with. Recommend going anywhere else. $175 for labor per hour is steep for mediocre work and terrible customer service
If I could make a suggestion To all readers. Do not expect a positive outcome when you drop your vehicle off. I was. Told the same exact thing for4 days straight. My car Moved from the front parking lot to The rear of the building. That Took four days. When I finally physically went in to check on the car After being told the same exact thing over the phone I decide. D to stop in in person and find out what was going on with my car.
