AAMCO has refused to service my car because I made one last minute cancellation and tried to reschedule for the next business day. I took my car in AAMCO twice in the summer of 2022. On the first visit, they did a Courtesy Check and found that my intake manifold needed to be replace. On the second visit, they replaced the intake manifold. I scheduled a third appointment for an oil change. I am getting my car serviced at another auto shop and I no longer wish to do business with AAMCO at any locations. Although, I am insulted that AAMCO continues to misrepresent what happens, I just do not care to continue the pointless back and forth. Does consecutive Fridays mean that I rescheduled two appointments instead of one that lead to me being banned? Am I disrespectful for needing to reschedule for situations outside of my control? <p>Unfortunately, we are not able to hold time slots for prior customers who do not show when scheduled. ******************** was scheduled on consecutive Fridays to have additional repairs completed that were diagnosed on his initial visit.
