Scott and his team were so gracious and helpful for my minor issue. I came in and described a burning odor from the engine. They reassured me that they would give a thorough inspection and let me know what was happening. As promised, Scott promptly called me back and it turns out the issue was no more than some plastic bags burned to the undercarriage causing the smell. They cleaned the debris at no charge to us. We are very satisfied with the service at this location!
Said my aftermarket warranty would fix an issue they caused! Paid 8K for a transmission to last me a whole 16 months and 27K miles.....3 and a half weeks no answer on what was happening...till I had to take matters into my own hands and contact subaru directly thrn magically they had answers...
Best professional guys, they can do all the services on time and in a right way
