This place kept my car in limbo for 12 weeks. It was under warranty and they weren't getting paid to fix it, so they willingly let it sit in the parking lot without working on it. They eventually replaced the transmission, and 1 month after the warranty expired, the car failed completely. The person in charge at the time was extremely rude and dismissive.
ZERO stars. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Called and made appointment a week in advance. Had car towed to shop and they refused to let the driver unload. Cancelled my appointment. Then I had to figure out how to get my car RE-towed back home. Called over 7 times the morning of appointment to confirm, no one answered the phone. Avoid this place like the plague.
Called in to attempt to make an appointment for battery replacement and service on a car. Lady on the phone told us to go to Auto Zone when we called this business. Great way to lose customers. Would not recommend this place.
Bad customer service. Never called back
