Well, for starters, it's currently 9:06am. The shop is supposed to open at 8am. The appointment was made for 8am, but the shop isn't even open yet. This happened before, but last time he was ONLY 40 minutes late to open. Can the owner or manager hurry up and open up the shop? This is ridiculous.
They were amazing on Saturday morning. Got our car repaired for the estimated price in less than an hour. We googled the average cost for the repair they did and they were right on target! The staff was very professional and exceedingly helpful! Highly recommend them. Wish I lived nearby as they would become my regular mechanic!!
