Unreal experience!!! I talked with Lee and Veronica who were both so nice and helpful. I really hope you take this review in to consideration because this place is great!! I came in for a transmission fluid flush. They looked at my car and told me I should never get a flush and also said I don't need to get any new fluid right now. No charge at all. Lee explained everything I needed to know about my car and it's transmission. This place really cares!!
Lee and his crew have impressed me each time. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They treat you with respect, explain things in plain language, of course Lee's communication could be improved, as I understand well though, his shop doesn't push unnecessary repairs. Lee was honest with me about the condition of my car. When the work was done, he showed me my parts which were in real bad shape and explained to me what was broken. I appreciate his help and will definitely be going back to them for any other problems I would have with my vehicles.
Update - BO is the owner deal directly with him. Got my vehicle in did a through inspection to address my concerns. I came back for an RV transmission rebuild paid 5442, which is excessive compared to many competitors. Paid for a complete rebuild vehicle doesn't start in park. All excessive noises are coming for this "rebuilt transmission." These people can not be trusted at all. I would not recommend this business for something as important and costly as a transmission. The only thing worse than parking is their service.
