The owner, Mr Mitch, is very friendly and courteous, but he and his team simply don't deliver. My VW Jetta was here for EIGHT MONTHS following a pretty routine clutch and flywheel job. They flip-flopped between replacing my entire transmission or repairing it internally (which they could not do themselves, so they hired an external mechanic which further delayed the process). HORRIBLE!! my husband gave a call to ask for service the person who answered was so rude and unprofessional! Thankfully that showed what kind of people are working there and know not to go there because if that’s how they’re answering the phone i image the kind of work they’re doing
They are so nice and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and asked me what’s wrong with your car. The problem is fix and now I’m on my way home.
Made the situation worse. Thought taking it to the shop theyd know exactly what happened and now out of a car. Better off somewhere else if transmission is slipping
Aamco in Baton Rouge defectively installed a cooling tube fitting on my transmission causing the transmission to fail, Mitchell Cobb denied the warranty coverage causing $848.07 in damages. The Woodlands, Texas Aamco also denied the warranty and charged to replace the fitting. Aamco home office agreed to support the fraud and refused to honor their own warranties.
