I was 3 hours into a 10 hour trip when my transmission started slipping horribly. The crew here was able to get me in and out same day and back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about this location! Thank you again!
Well , My expectations were high, Caleb says one thing, Larry says another, Larry yeld at me for questions, told me call him whenever I believe there's an issue, he seemed very frustrated through entire process, my vehicle was there several times for repairs as a new purchase, Caleb said it had a fuel leak and it was fixed? Larry said it never had a fuel leak? Idk whose actually in charge. But imma pay the extra 300 to go elsewhere. There are too many issues for as long as they had the vehicle. I recommend this place a lot. I am a single mom who needed help on this hot afternoon because my car was running hot, I was stuck at a gas station and I called them and they said to bring my car in. They talked to me the entire time I was waiting which calmed my nerves a bit, and then followed through all of the way. I am a single mom and I had my 10 month old baby with me, and they acknowledged him multiple times which I loved. Great staff, great service. Go here for your car needs!!!
Caleb and Larry (and the mechanics) do their very best to ensure that everyone is completely informed, well taken care of and satisfied with their service and/or repairs! Definitely a one stop shop for automotive needs. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them.
