I was at a dealership on a Saturday and was told that my car needed to be taken to a transmission shop...I called and Kyle answered the phone. Even though it was after hours and they were closed. He took the time to help me out and rather than go through my warranty company to have the car towed, he called and sent his tow truck, while I was still on the phone with him. That's right, they destroyed my engine when I brought it in to have the rear seal replaced. The "highly qualified" tech left a wrench on thé crank pulley nut and started the engine. Unscrewed the pulley, jumped timing, and the pistons slammed into the valves. After stalling, and denying anything was wrong, they finally installed a junk yard engine. Interestingly this company's previous listing with negative feedback is gone and this new one appeared. Below is my original feedback. This place was absolutely terrible. Initially told a few hundred dollars. Once my car was in pieces, they told me the new price was $2200.00. When I complained about the price jump, they advised they would be happy to put my transmission back together "the way it was" and my bill would be about $700.00. Honest and fair. Took my truck here because my oil change place has been telling me my engine seals are wearing out. Told these guys I was expecting bad news, but they came back with minor repair while I waited. They have earned my trust. I will be taking all my vehicles here for everything including oil changes now.

I am very happy with this Aamco, and trust the mechanics here. They are great with cars and treat ladies with respect and dignity. I just recently had a problem with my ac in my car and didn't know where to start, (this is a transmission place) they assured me they do just about everything, so I brought in my car and replaced a part for my air conditioner. I have to say this was the best mechanic shop that i have ever been to. every guy was clean cut, young, no tatoo's showing, and the bathroom was even clean. They have been taking care of my car for years they do a great job. Jason always explains everything before doing any work. Give them a try they are wonderful.

First off, I was completely sold on the "FREE INSPECTION". From the moment I walked in I did not know about it until it was brought to my attention. I was just going to get another opinion on a matter I had already came to a conclusion and wanted a professional opinion before I made my next move. So pleased with how the start of this was I had already told my friends about how great this was going to turn out. "Oh. A free INSPECTION? Stay far away from this place. I brought my vehicle in as it was having major engine problems, bad knocking and stalling out. This is a really old and beat up vehicle and I was already shopping for a new car, and as such I let this place know up front that I was not willing to put over $1,000 worth of work into something I was about to replace. Rip off - My wife brought our car in and was given an estimate for a part of $275.00. She was told this was his after market discount price etc. We found the same part for $130.00 at every store in town. When she called him to ask him why he was charging us so much, he had no answers.
