Outstanding customer service and repair! I noticed intermittent issues with my automatic transmission over time and miles. It was bucking and not down shifting properly occasionally. After several days of test drives the technicians were able to experience and duplicate the issues. Determined the transmission needed to be replaced. Very informative and caring about getting the best repairs needed to my vehicle. They even came to where I broke down at to do a real time scam to check issues. Would like to let all know that as a local family owned business these folks are the best!!
Seemed totally disinterested in helping me with my transmission issues, likely because it is a high performance foreign car and they couldn't profit from the part replacement, only labor.. Had to take the vehicle elsewhere to get any help. They were good about answering their phone though.
Chris is wonderful, there's no BS he just gives it to you straight. Reliable and dependable he is my go to guy.
We had are shifter cable repaired at another shop. After a week we were having issues again. Called and they were able to look at it right away. The cable wasn't installed correctly by the previous shop so they fixed it and didn't charge us anything. They also ran diagnostics because the check engine light was on without us even asking. Really appreciate a mechanic that isn't out to rip the customer off.
This is the only place I ever want to work on my car! Under new management and the difference is night and day. Rick is awesome. He went toe to toe with my warranty company to make sure I got the best deal possible. So rare to find places that actually care about their customers instead of just profit. Thank you again for everything!
This place is just the worst. The so call owner is a rude ,obnoxious man..Yuck I had the worst experience going there for my oil change. waited for two hours even with an appointment.. Will not go back there even if it was the last place on earth. YUCK
I went here after a mechanic provided me a diagnostic code that solenoid A was bad and I asked Aamco how much to replace it and the filter, or to at least change the fluid. They said they would do a free diagnostic and call me. An hour later after no call I went back and they said the tranny was completely shot and needed to be pulled to be repaired and replacing the fluid would only make it worse. I called B.S. and found the part online for $75 and did it myself. NEVER go to Aamco!
THEY CHANGED PARTS ON MY CAR-did not get car back in same condition and drove my car for several miles. they ruined emblem, paint chips all over hood of car,bumper, and head light lenses all yellow(they claim washed car without permission and )rims came back chipped up and they don`t care what they did.
