**JEEP OWNERS BEWARE — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE** I don’t take writing one-star reviews lightly, but my experience with this shop leaves me no choice. I brought in my Jeep Cherokee after noticing issues, and chose this location based on convenience and what appeared to be decent reviews. It's Saturday almost 9am and despite saying they open at 8am, no one is here.
Called ahead to make an appointment for when we would be out of town so as to not be inconvenienced by missing a car. Scheduled a Thursday night drop off appointment for a promised pickup by Monday. Showed up Thursday to be told they don't take appointments and there's no way it would be done by Monday. Thanks for making it clear we should find another place to work on our car.

Had a wonderful experience at Amco transmission. Russ took care of my mechanical problems at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend AAMCO transmissions and total car care.
