Service was amazing from start to finish! Efficient and friendly front desk. Replaced my alternator in one day and they communicated with me the whole way!
Our rebuilt transmission failed in North Carolina, in our camper bus traveling down from Connecticut to Florida. Since the transmission was still under warranty we immediately went to the closest AAMCO, which was the one in Rocky Mount. They were absolutely no help and gave us the run around. They then brought our camper to the AAMCO in Raleigh saying he was better equipped to accommodate our bigger vehicle.. the shop Raleigh couldn’t help us either. I do not think 5 stars is enough. I took in my 2015 Jeep for what ended up being a new transmission. Mr. George and Ms. Tiffany were able to answer all of my questions. They were communicative the entire step of the way. They worked with my warranty company and all I had to do was wait for them to finish top notch work! They are my new go to shop for all of my vehicle needs. Again, I can’t thank them enough!
Shop did just what they said they would and on time as I was told !!! Pleasure to do business with ! Young lady Tiffany was straight up great saved me money kept me informed and very nice to talk to !
Over charged for service of fuse box ,I was charged 860 dollars to replace my fuse box.Fuse boxes cost 150 at most labor is - hour ,Aamco claiming it took 2 hours charged me nearly 500 hundred dollars for labor. I paid a total of 860 dollars.I feel I was overcharged.
