Told my work would be a certain number, when refused they dropped the price by 30% for the same work, they could’ve offered me from the start. They put everything back on without care. Have an open case against them with the State attorney general’s consumer protection agency. They care about money, not your safety!

You would think with an alleged 40% failure rate and 7.5% Royalty Fee customer service should be a priority. The customer service and lack of due care I received was unacceptable. I had a great experience at AAMCO. The team was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I worked with Jerry, who clearly knew his stuff—he explained why my transmission was slipping and how they would fix it. This shop actually tells you not only what is wrong with your car, but WHY. So you know if it’s something preventable or inevitable. Jerry and his crew have worked on three of my cars, including my wife’s. With my wife moving kids around, and traveling , I am very particular about who works on my wife’s car, and i trust them to do it right. Fair pricing. Honest service. Fully recommend
