I would like to leave a Customers review for Cindy over at AAMCO here in Greenville NC thanking her for an Amazing job with taking care of our Tahoe with replacing the Transmission, and her Costumer Service.. she and AAMCO GETS 5 STARS!!
Customer service is trash and they are liars went to pick up my vehicle and this what it looked like. No one wanted to take accountability had my car for 2 weeks NO one reached out and said anything. Who spends close to 5000 and come pick up there vehicle to it looking like this. Poor service just trash Cindy especially this is a franchise location
Cindy and Jeramy horrible customer service I took my car there to getba motor put in and went to pick my car up and it needed a jump and tire was flat. I was never made aware of non of this. When I brought it to Cindy attention she was very rude and didn't wanna take no accountability since I'm guessing she is the face of this franchise. Just Nasty and Rude
They were fast, and courteous. Having a transmission fail is not a good feeling and it isn't cheap, but the service was friendly and fair.
