I took my Lexus in to the portsmouth Aamco for transmission issues. Paul and the team looked at the car, made a few minor adjustments, called me and said it's ready but I'd like to keep it overnight to recheck the battery. The next day I went to pick up the car and pay any bill due but Paul said "don't worry about it, we didn't do much " I was amazed, no charge? they fixed / replaced my PTU with used part and has leaking when I take it back there. They said not leaking but Meineke said different and has picture. They just don't want to fix it, before I have no leak whatsoever just my transmision jerking sometimes when hot condition/ weather. When they replace it my PTU still my engine still jerking and now leaking. And it's not cheap. Helpful & professional service. Really, it doesn’t get any better.
They could have charged me thousands and I wouldn't have known the difference but they charged me one hour to clean and lube the linkage. They seem like good people to me
