We live in Pennsylvania and were visiting Portsmouth when the transmission in our Town & Country started slipping in 1st and 2nd gear. Paul diagnosed the problem as soon as the tow truck dropped it off. A replacement tranny was required. Paul found one and arranged to have it shipped to the shop. Paul drove us to Hertz to get a rental until the transmission was replaced. Recently had transmission swapped in f150 . During courtesy inspection couple Weeks later a hairline crack in housing was found . Paul took care of me and has another transmission installed and the truck back up and running within a couple days all at no cost to me . Seems like a great outfit .
These guys are the best. Paul has helped me out countless times with my transmission issues. Excellent service and great deals.
