From the first phone call when I booked the appointment with the owner, Brandon, to being escorted to my vehicle after service and having the door opened for me, exemplary service. Brogan was professional, kind, a great educator and communicator all the while managing phonecalls, mechanics' consistent check ins and questions, parts deliveries, sourcing parts and building quotes. Brogan was super helpful in explaining the diagnostics and answering my questions on my level (non mechanic) and his recommendations were helpful and precise!
I’m traveling cross country in my Class A RV and my a/c went out. I left RV at Brandon House’s AAMCO car care center in Longmont CO on Thursday July 3rd in the evening. Brogan Leach the center’s manager said he would jump on it first thing Monday July 7th which he did and called me around noon and said everything is fixed. Had to make this review. These guys are awesome! They helped me out when I was in pinch in trying to find a shop to repair my work truck. I spoke w/both Brandon & Brogan of my situation, told them the way it was, & that's that. They stepped up to help me out.
