As a woman, you hear horror stories about unscrupulous mechanics taking advantage of female customers and overcharging or talking down. I'm so happy to say this shop is not like that. Justin was WONDERFUL, and he explained everything, clearly. I was charged a fair price, and the work was outstanding.
