I just bought a used 2017 F150. Beautiful truck, but it had a slight shudder which was caused by old transmission fluid. No dealer was willing to work on it without trying to scare me into replacing the entire transmission. The people at Aamco didnt try to scare me at all. Instead they listened to my request and changed the transmission fluid and filter. Now my truck drives like new and I have no fear of needing a new transmission within the window of normal maintenance. I'll go back in about 30,000 miles and recommend them ... read more
I had a lot of costly repairs, including a whole transmission replacement. The shop and Herb were extremely helpful and professional, which I appreciate 110%. Got the transmission put it as soon as they received it and helped get repairs mostly covered by my warranty. Great shop with awesome customer service and I'll be coming back for any repairs I may need in the future. Thank you guys so much for your help!
Excellent shop!... had an oops moment working on my wife's car when a bolt drop down into the bellhousing when changing out the starter after multiple failed retrieval attempts I decided to call the experts and that's exactly what I got from this place and then some after giving the ok to drop the transmission or anything else they needed to do in order to retrieve the lost bolt and knowing it would cost me $$$$ they used determination and persistence to fish out the bolt before just dropping the trans saving me money $$$ in... read more
I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Rude staff, car in worse condition than when it was dropped off for them to service. Paid way too much money for them to not fix the car. Returned car to be serviced properly or receive refund, car is still not fixed.
