I was having trouble with my A/C unit this past week, so I called this location and was told that if I brought the vehicle in, they would take a look and help determine the issue. When I arrived, I explained the symptoms and was asked to open the hood. After looking at my car for literally a few seconds, the employee told me he couldn’t help me.
