I left my suv with them on a Thursday to get a used transmission put in. (That was after the warranty people approved it, it was their before that. Anyway for the next 8 days, they kept telling me it would be fixed the next day!! Here it is Saturday the next week and it's still not fixed. The guy at the desk is a smart ass.
