Zack was great and helpful getting checked in. He is polite.
Would NOT recommend. They were nice enough but charged me $450 to not really tell me anything except my car was not worth investing more to fix. I got a second opinion from SV Transmissions, and found out AAMCO had missed a whole step of diagnosing my car. Turned out to be an electrical issue. I would have lost my car, but thankfully went elsewhere for a second opinion. I would not go here.
I haven’t received my car yet, but assuming it runs well this has been a great experience working with these guys. Zack, my point of contact, picked up every time I called and always had a kind and helpful demeanor. 5 stars for customer experience.
