update: came in a few years later for other repairs and service is still great maybe even better. Chad did a great job getting me in quick to have my car looked at. It was repaired very quickly. He was great communicating with me when there was something wrong.
We have had a terrible experience with Aamco in Kennewick. They have had our truck from over 10 weeks and still no movement. We have a lifetime warranty on the truck and we have spoke to warranty, they are saying that they are waiting on Aamco. Aamco is saying that the owner is on vacation and the employee has to wait until he talks to the owner. Our warranty covers up to $300 for a rental car. I got my dream car years ago and it has given me nothing but problems. I’ve used many different shops including the Cadillac dealership. After using this shop there was nowhere else I would take it again. Not only is their work phenomenal but their prices are even better. It’s great having a place you can trust.
