April 4,2025 Update so had them rebuild my transmission February 16, 2024 and it went down a month ago maybe two months ago so it only lasted a year and they charged me just as much as I would’ve got a better warranty through another company. This is really ridiculous. The hydraulic pump went out on it and they supposedly replaced it so yeah, not too happy with these guys. Please don't take your vehicles to this location or the richland one. My extremely horrible experience started in August 2024 and it lasted until January 2025. They installed a transmission then didn't bother to put the correct fluid in it, resulting in a warranty claim that consumed 5 months of my life. Their communication is incredibly poor for a business that wants to claim high standards. To be honest, this company is completely incompetent, I took my truck in December of 2024 for transmission work, spotty communication I had to initiate. Two months have passed and they call me to ask what my truck was in for. This company is a joke. And I still do not have my vehicle.
They were extremely helpful, and helped identify and fix my cars oil leak
All i can say. When you vehicles dealer can't get to your rig for 4 months and another dealer finds nothing wrong. AAMCO is able to work with you and in just a couple days your rig is done and running like a clock. AMAZING work and staff that listens to you.
