So disappointed about the way i was treated as a customer. To bring a vehicle in to a shop and get it back in worse condition then it was too begin with is unacceptable. And i would feel sorry for the ones that can’t afford to pay the Bill and have to sign up for a loan there. The interest rate is doubled the price. I would not recommend or ever go back. You only get once to make a good impression.
I have had multiple services completed at this location and the one in Richland. Staff is friendly and price is reasonable. This team is not afraid to think outside the box to get me back on the road when parts were not available. Very trustworthy and big on education. Love this shop.
Casey is super friendly and courteous. Was able to get my jeep in quickly and serviced completely. We are lifers with Aamco. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back for repairs in the future.
I have been dealing with Vince and Caseyfor a while now. They are both honest and amazing people. There number one goal is always taking care of their customers. If you want someone that is honest and takes care of there customers look no further then AAMCO KENNEWICK!!! You won't be disappointed, the most honest and upfront people around!!!
My fiancé and I had a terrible experience with AAMCO (Casey and Vince), and I would never recommend doing business with them. We brought in our truck with over 300,000 miles on its original transmission—which had never given us issues—to have it replaced.
