Great experience! Unlike so many other automotive repair shops I’ve gone to, this team, especially Zac, Mike and Shawn, took the time to explain each issue in detail to me and were very helpful. They even called to check I was on my way before they closed the day before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend getting your repairs done at this AAMCO location.
I took my 1996 Chevy Astro van to AAMCO for a diagnostic to verify whether my transmission had been properly rebuilt by another shop. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a frustrating and unacceptable experience. After waiting an unusually long time—over a week—for a diagnostic, I called for an update. Would give zero stars if I could. Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality service and competent mechanics.
