Absolutely bad customer service.
Too bad this place closed, I always had a good experience with them. I was just looking today to get my van serviced but it looks like I need to find a new place.
WARNING!!!!! FRAUD!!! Please I am warning you if you work hard for your money and appreciate honest work by honest people do not bring your car here for any services. I recently had my transmission replaced here thinking that they would be the best cause they SPECIALIZE In transmissions. I have used them for a number of things in the past and had good experiences. Today I called to schedule an oil change because they sent me a coupon for a $25 oil change. The said that they didnt send it to me and they wouldn't do an oil change for that price.
