Now retired, I can indulge my wishes whenever I might prefer, to be the DYI mechanic. Part of the game is saving money. So there's a built-in prejudice against walking into a big, commercial garage chain, much less a dealer, and just seeing where it leads! I called and they were able to see me the same day. Glen was so kind and very helpful. He explained the process on the phone. Once I arrived, I was greeted and helped immediately. After they did a diagnostic on my car, they called me and were very honest with what needed to be done to my car. They didn’t force me into anything and suggested a different route to help remedy my car problems.
