My husband and I had taken some older cars here in the past and Glenn was always professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Their work is great! Communication is efficient and effective. Now that my husband has passed (he was the car guy) I have a car that has had to be at 2 different mechanics 3 different times in less than a year. Finally I got it to Glenn. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I have a 20-year-old Ford Thunderbird with discontinued parts and had a major transmission issue. I made the mistake of going to the dealer, who sat on my car for days with zero communication or updates before telling me they couldn’t do anything for me. They then subsequently offered to outsource the work and quoted me an insane price…like half the price of the car itself…and said it would take months!
