When I say these guys go out of their way to work with their customers it is an understatement. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Glenn was absolutely awesome and went far and above all the mechanics we have been to lately. He was our 5th in the last few months. Talk about a pain in the butt, this was the one to end the streak, thank the stars. I can tell you right now that when you choose this shop, you ARE in great hands. Thanks Glenn and the team!
I highly recommend the team at the Burbank Aamco. Not only have they explained my transmission to me in a way no other repair team has, they are kind and reasonably priced.
We were treated kindly considerately and a complete understanding of what needs to be done and how to attain the goals. We are planning on bringing all 40 of our Fords/dodges to this location to be serviced
Glenn and his team were excellent. My car needed a new clutch and not only did they work quickly and efficiently, but they took the time to answer my questions. Super friendly and would highly recommend.
Incredible service. During my fluid exchange they found my transmission belt had deteriorated. Instead of simply telling me they had to replace it they found there was a service bulletin for a warranty extension that my car would covered under by the dealership. I’ve been to many service centers that would not go the distance for their customers but because of their advocacy for me and their clear communication they have created a long time customer.
