Rhett was so helpful when I needed my transmission fixed. Found me a new one with less miles than I could have hoped for and at a reduced price due to my budget! I really don't know what I would have done if not for Rhett! So thank you to him for giving a damn and not making it all about money but good customer service which is lacking so much these days!! I'll be back if needed!
I don't normally make reviews but am compelled due to the amazing amount of engine/transmission knowledge Rhett and Don both have. I am a Fanatic about taking care of my vehicle. My 2003 GMC truck was not running well and was shifting very poorly. Rhett and Don could have easily sold me a new transmission, (which I would have gladly done so rather than pay at least 28K for a new vehicle).
