So happy with taking my car to aamco. I was getting ripped off by the dealership and aamco offered me a better warranty for a lower price. the new manager and owner were so nice, offered me coffee while i waited for my keys. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here in the future! Best part is my car runs great! :)
Very dissatisfied with the service provided. Ben is very personable, but has little knowledge or practical experience with Honda Civics (although he talks like he does). Brought the car in for an oil leak, he repaired it improperly; after getting it checked out, it turned out that he had also misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. (Details provided below.) Long story short, we now have to get another repair on an area behind the first repair, paying twice for something that should have been taken care of the first time... read more
Took my car in for an oil change. Was treated courteously and the staff were all friendly. Although they were backed up with other clients, you could tell that NOT getting to my oil change made them anxious and even all the more attentive and hurried to get to me. I think yes, I would go back. Thanks to the new owner, Ben.
