Went in for an oil change, which I had ben putting off, and turned out to be the most relaxed shop experience I've had so far. The woman (Stephanie?) behind the counter explained their prices and different grades of oil etc. without being condescending, and ran some diagnostics on the dash lights that were also on, again without pressuring me to do any other repairs, just offering their services if I wanted to do it another time. My family name is 4 generations deep as one that represents quality, ingenuity and craftsmanship. I am obviously very picky when it comes to who works on my personal vehicles. Tom and his crew did an outstanding job locating and installing a difficult transmission. They kept the communication lines open and the turn around time was better than I expected! Bravo guys!

I have a fair/uber car, and called Aamco Davis to schedule routine service (oil change); the gentleman told me they don't do oil changes there, only major transmission work. I checked their website and it says oil change in their "our services drop down"; it even says Davis oil change. Fix your website, or stop lying to customers please. This is the second time I was turned away from this facility under false information.
