This place is great ,great service ,great people.I took my van there tranny was slipping and I know i had a transmision leak,and I know were it was leaking from I went there playing dumb thinking they were going to try and scew me . They came back told me my transmission cooling line were leaking and i was two and half qaurts low and to fix it was easy about 220.00 dollors and it fixed .Thats awsome because in the back of my head im thinking the dealer ship wanted to charge me 450.00 bucks. for the people who this place is s... read more
Please Ladies Dont USE This Company For Anything They are underhanded and pratice being deceptive Poor Business Ethics
Recently I had my transmission go out on my GMC Surburban. I had it replaced back in 2002 with a liftetime Ammoco trans warranty. There was a misunderstanding on how I was supposed to take the vehicle in for yearly checkups that I hadn't done. This business could have said "You're out of luck, we can't help you" and I would have been out $2500 bucks again. But they were wonderful at helping fix my transmission again, with the lifetime warranty. And to make this even sweeter...I was under the impression I had to pay a $100 up... read more
Please do not use this location any other that's owned by Alvin Stone because they are scammers. On last May they were suppose to have replaced a sensor that suppose to cost $300 and charge me $1000 for labor but this same part needs to be replaced again and for this type money why didnt they rebuild the transmission. They are biggest ripoffs I've ever encountered.
