Very poorly run organization. I attempted to use them on three different occasions and always the same result. This is simply poor management, ownership, or untalented technicians—or likely all the above. And as others have mentioned, they are definitely one of those types of shops that tries to upsell you on stuff you do not need.
I would definitely recommend AAMCO. They have excellent customer service and were very honest and upfront with the cost of repairs. Conrad specifically was very professional and took the time to explain the issues with my car. He was very helpful with making sure I had all the information necessary to make a confident decision. I would say to ask for Conrad but I’m very sure everyone there is as professional and helpful as him.
Incredibly disappointed after having used this shop for several small repairs. I brought my vehicle in for a problem that seemed to occur immediately after being in their shop and they claimed I needed $6000 in repairs. Knowing better than to decide on that amount without a second opinion I took it to another shop that found a problem totally unrelated to the $6000 price.
