I came in a couple of weeks ago after having a terrible experience with another auto shop in the area that had horrible customer service. Do not take your vehicle here. This was a certified warranty center for my transmission. They replaced the transmission and had me come pick the vehicle up and it was worse than when I brought them the vehicle. They assured me it needed to “learn” or pair itself with my vehicle and would get better, but it’s only gotten worse. Even worse yet is the $900 I spent on a rental car and now they want to keep my truck with no time frame for returning it and have me pay for a rental on their timeline.
