So i orignally gave them a 5 star review Because they worked on my transmision and it seems perfect and they were nice and respectful. but around 1-2 weeks later my transmission is stuck in first gear and wont shift, i have called them multiple times each time telling me "we will call you back" i everytime do not get called. i have to pay out of pocket again to get it towed to their shop, might even hvaing to get in a legal issiue with them if they proceed. This place is the best and I cannot recommend their people enough. They are kind, considerate and most importantly knowledgeable. I was here from out of town on a road trip with a car that was in limp mode and for 48 hours. They did everything they could to figure out how to get me back on the road, including talking to my warranty company getting me a rental car walking me through everything that they saw in the engine and what my options were. They were fantastic.
I called this AAMCO after my transmission was failing in my 1989 F-150 and I had a warranty (a different AAMCO rebuilt it) I did have a little issue with a front desk employee but I was called by someone I believe was Pete (Manager) he fixed the problems and got me back on track. They had my transmission done in about a week. When I went to pick it up, Carlo, the accountant, greeted me and helped me. I got my transmission rebuilt for a 1989 f150, and the transmission started going out, so I called this AAMCO and they without question were willing to help and took my truck in immediately. The front desk employee (I’ll add his name once I get it) went above and beyond to ensure I got a transmission fast and easy Needless to say I would recommend this AAMCO and will definitely go back if needed
