Our car broke down on the side of I40 04/2024 and we had it towed here. We do not live in the area and since we were quoted over a month for repairs we returned home and left our car at this location. For the next 12 months we would call to get updates and would get lied to and would also go weeks without anyone answering the phone. It was incredibly frustrating and draining for my whole family. Nice guy and work hard to please their customers
I brought my 2015 Genesis I bought in for transmission slipping. They told me that the valve assembly and cooler was bad and had replaced it. I found out later that they told the insurance company they replaced the entire transmission with a used one and it still is slipping and not working properly. I tried to work through this with them and they tell me it’s fine and will not fix it.
