I took my car over for a diagnostic. It has taken them 2 days now to get back to me with a list of parts i need to fix my car. 2 days just for a diagnostic. This is getting ridiculous at this point. Clearly my service is not wanted here
Had an electrical issue and they repaired it but did not put the vehicle back together correctly and then suddenly new things were broke when I got the vehicle back.
Got a confirmation for my appointment for a Friday afternoon, they didn't have it scheduled when I got there. They said someone would call since everyone was at lunch when I dropped it off. Hour and a half goes by and no call so I called and they said they'll get to it another day. Why bother with an appointment then? Wasted a day off of work.
Randy and his technicians took the time to figure out what was wrong with my new transmission and help me get it resolved. They did a full check up on everything under the hood and under the truck. They sent me pictures and reasons for the needed repairs. I was able to call Randy numerous times and get his opinion on the issues with the transmission that the original shop had missed and were repairing. I would recommend them to others in need of their services.
