I had a great experience at this AAMCO location! The team was highly professional and honest. Mike, the shop manager, was very helpful. I had the transmission fluid changed in my 2017 Ram pickup which is an involved process that requires special equipment. They did a great job and I’ll use them again for other mechanical work.
Excellent in all Customer Service Catagories, Warranties, and Timeframes The Manager went out of his way on a very busy day to help me There were issues that the Dealership had concerning my Warranty on my transmission, he dug into this problem & Knew what questions to ask them. Mike and his staff deserve a five star review. They went out of their way to repair my father's car. Mike took the time to keep the family informed. We all live several states away. Needing to have a repair on his car was very stressful for my 93 year old father. The compassion and professionalism of Mike and his crew are to be commended. Thank you so much for all that you did to get my father's car repaired just in time.
These guys were very honest and straightforward, and I would recommend them.
