I had an EXCELLENT experience with my transmission repair here...Josh the Manager was very polite and informative. The men were all excellent and though the repair was expensive ( transmissions always are ) I feel I got an EXCELLENT deal. The work was done correctly and my car is running excellent. They were referred to me by my very trustworthy mechanics at Tire Choice on Gladiolus and I am glad I listened and took my car to AAMCO on Kenwood...I can not speak for the other shops in the area but this one is excellent...Thank... read more
Aamco of Fort Myers was terrific! My car is an older vehicle (almost 20 years old) and one that I enjoy driving. When the transmission went, Aamco gave us a reasonable price. We had to bring the car back as it needed more work for the problem that existed, but Aamco was accomodating and very easy to work with. My hat is off to the Owner -Tony, Service Writer -Bruce and all of the mechanics in particular Nick and Juan, who took their time to diagnose and perfect the old car. She runs like brand new. Our Daughters auto was in bad shape. We had no idea who to turn to for help. I used the Yellow Pages and found this business. The people that tended to us were very kind and accommodating. While my daughter lives on campus nearby we live 1 and 1/2 hour drive away. I found the manager to be honest, trustworthy and repairs where completed in the time frame given. Had several things going wrong on my car. They gave a fair diagnoses and an extremely good price for all that I needed done. The work was wonderful and performed timely, as well as being done with a smile by very friendly staff. Will definitely go back here for any further repairs or maintenance.
