Lori was AMAZING! The integrity and honesty of this team are UNMATCHED. I came in for a second opinion after another shop told me I needed a $4K transmission. Lori and Webb suggested a simple reprogram/relearn first. The dealership tried that, said it didn’t help, and quoted me $11K. When I brought it back, Webb actually took the time to drive my car properly through the relearn process… and FIXED IT. No new transmission needed. Just a CV axle replacement. My final bill? $800. I’ve had good service before with this place. I thought I could trust they would do a good job this time. I found out the “lowest price” they could find for a battery on my 2019 Jeep would cost about $300. Which I thought it sounded a little bit high. I was told that was the lowest price that could be found anywhere for my car. I was in a hurry to get the job done and get my car back so I agreed.
