Even if i am not using yalls service for my jeep. The Lady who answered my call (Lori) was the best at being helpful and kind and very responsive to what i was asking. i have called over 19 other shops in the area and she was the best to help with questions I had. i might not be using the service now because of financial issues but when i get out of this rut i will definitely come back.
Webb the technician and Lori the office manager are above par compared to anywhere else I’ve ever been. They was professional, quick to offer any help with services and attention to detail like no other shop!!!! On top of that they are well adverse in diesel transmissions and transfer cases. They rebuilt my 2006 T case along with overdrive housing. Wonderful people
Absolutely amazing to work with. I came in with a hard shifting problem that only occurred at high temperatures and they were able to diagnose and repair the issue in a timely manner, even through the New Year holiday. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would
