Very poor establishment. Totally incompetent in every way. It was bad from the start but with Self it has become a farce.
Absolute, complete incompetence. They can't get anything straight but I'm expected to jump through hoops simply to get the medications I need. This is not a healthcare facility, it is a one way bank suppository.
Great nurses! Dont message with the vending machines. They cost way too much.
