I called day before my appointment to confirm about the grace period and was told it would be 15 minutes. I am nurse myself so i understand certain policies. I was called at 156pm to see if i was still coming in. I let them know i was 3 minutes away as well as i called yesterday to verify grace period. Once i get in I was told i had to reschedule. And another patient was late too but somehow he was able to be seen. I left work an hour earlier just to make it here. Unacceptable.
