So my brother has been trying to gey an appointment for 2 days. When he calls they put him on hold and nobody ever picks up or calls back after leaving several messages. Not sure if i would even eant them to handle my care if this is how they do busismess T
I can’t share any details about the practice because no one ever called me back to make an appointment. Called twice and left a message. Luckily I found another practice. It’s so important to have the people you talk to first be efficient and caring. Update. I received a call the next day. She was not at all apologetic but was soooo happy I found someone else.
Keena/front desk has got to be the rudest person I have ever come across at that hospital. Never have I been treated so poorly. If you want good care, this is NOT the place. Not a single nurse in that Dept calls back now since all the doctors left. They could NOT care any less about about the existing cancer patients. Now I understand why our doctors left. What a shame. Keena as no right to be working in an oncology Dept. Zero compassion~Zero care
So caring when they have to give bad news. Felt very taken care of. Thank you for everything.
