The clerk hung up in my face 2x when calling to pay my bill. Then when I got there told me she had been busy and thats why she couldnt answer the phone/hung up. This is very rude and unprofessional. After my policy is up AAmax can thank Nyeli for me no longer using their services. Shes rude and when working solo obviously thinks her being able to "cadillac" is more important than my payment.
