Before I review my experience, I really appreciate to Dr.Jihan Abdelrasoul. I recently went to see a hearing healthcare professional because I was having a lot of trouble with my hearing and I had a really good experience. Had the best experience with Dr. Jihan Abdelrasoul. From the time I walked until the end of my appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Abdelrasoul was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Abdelrasoul and her team. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate doctor.
DO NOT go to this place!!! 1. There are signs in the waiting room to EXPECT A MINIMUM 60-MINUTE WAIT. 2. They made my 81 year old mother wait almost 1 hour and a half! 3. Dr. Abdelrasoul was rude, condescending and disrespectful not only to my mother but with her own staff! 4. My mother ended up walking out because she was told to either wait some more, or go out and eat then come back.
