After my car broke down in Oilville, I called for a tow and got an immediate response from the Mineral office. The tow driver Justin arrived within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone. Very prompt, professional, and informative. Towed my car home and gave me a ride home as well. I would definitely call and use them again if I need another tow. Outstanding staff hands down!!
Life saver! Broke down on the side of RT60 on a Sunday morning. While other companies wouldn’t even answer the phone, the one who did said “probably a few hours.” Always Hooking and Towing not only answered but was hooking up my vehicle incredibly fast. I am so grateful for Cindi the driver. She’s also probably the coolest tow truck driver in the whole state. Y’all rock!
10 out of the 5 stars available. I had a flat tire on a U-Haul trailer rented in another state. The U-Haul help line was sending a repair tech that was two hours away to replace the tire, that is not acceptable. I canceled the U-Haul service request. After several conversations with U-Haul dealers I contacted AAlways Hookin on the recommendation of another U-Haul/tow company. AAlways Hookin solved my problem quickly.
