The U-Haul help line was sending a repair tech that was two hours away to replace the tire, that is not acceptable. I canceled the U-Haul service request. After several conversations with U-Haul dealers I contacted AAlways Hookin on the recommendation of another U-Haul/tow company. AAlways Hookin solved my problem quickly. Sunday afternoon I blew a tire on my camper. Called AAlways for some help. Can’t remember the guys name that came out to help but very quick, nice, and professional. Would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend. Thank y’all
We got a flat tire on 64 and started searching online for gas stations nearby. We barely made it to the exit and saw AAlways Hookin’ right at the turn and decided to go for it. Wow! We were back on the road in about half an hour with a new tire. Justin greeted us immediately, shared so much knowledge with us, and treated us like family. Could not be more thankful for his care and service during a stressful event.
Had a good experience with this tow company dispatch was vary helpful and nice with the eta as well as having the driver call me. The driver called 5 mins out and was vary helpful an nice as well definitely would recommend this company for sure thanks agin for the help
Tow away an elderly handicapped woman's car claiming it was illegally parked and she proved it wasn't. Then charged her $375. Do not use this towing company
