Went to the buffet for fathers day! There were a lot of workers, but it took a while to be served drinks. The food was okay, pretty different from the other buffets in Winnipeg in terms of choice. There is a very large variety of desserts, so if you have a sweet tooth its great. Soft serve icecream, chocolate fountain, many cakes, brownies, ect.
Good deal on a decent breakfast.
Came in with a friend for dinner and had Anna as our server. She was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of right away. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She kept our drinks full, checked in often, and somehow managed to make every table around her feel important. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. The food was excellent, but Anna’s service is what made us want to come back. Alto’s is lucky to have her on the team. - Fred
