Wow times must be tough the whole hotel and restaurant looks rundown. Time for a refresh get with the times it 2025 not 1999 Sad
Disappointing. Arrived, waited to be noticed to be seated, more than 5 mins later had to go find the waitress & asked to be seated. Was told she'd be with us shortly. Only 3 tables filled, unsure why we had to wait so long. Meal was bland (burger & fries), portions small, forgot my gravy, drink orders fudged, waited almost 20 mins for waitress to notice us/return to our table for the bill. Highly disappointed for a hotel restaurant that's been there for several years. Do better! No, we won't be returning.
Canada Inns ae going down hill. The Aaltos is not open with a buffet any more and they got rid if their kid friendly room along with their theme rooms for adults. Never going to stay there because they are not family friendly. Used to rent rooms 6+ times a year not going to anymore. The website says that Saturday is prime rib come to see that they don't do prime!!!!!! Have not done it since covid. Website has not been updated since then???????? Fricken bull shit.
Alright, here for the weekend, and ate I guess alil later ( 7pm-ish) the Tavern was already closed, so my partner and I joined afew of her friends who were already seated in the bar area in Aaltos. There were maybe two other tables when we sat down, so they were not overly busy.
