Asked server for drink refills, waited a half hour and eventually asked a different server and finally got them. When the first server came back and we told her we had asked another server who actually got us our drinks she looked mad. Girly, we tried to ask you. Under construction but you have to go inside to find that out
Unfortunately, our experience at Altos was extremely disappointing. We waited at our table for over 30 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us, despite multiple employees walking past our table at least six times. We eventually had to wave someone down just to place a drink order, and even then only half of the order arrived. To make matters worse, the food was unacceptable.
