My wife and 2 kids and I had breakfast. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. If it was for a very pleasant server who was very helpful, we would have sent everything back. Waffles- stone cold Bacon - seems like they took from the breakfast buffet, could have used for a hockey puck. Eggs- no real care done to cooking them Toast-asked for lightly buttered, looked like they dipped them in butter I've heard bad things about Aaltos, but wanted to witness it, they weren't wrong..... The worst experience with management I have ever had. I saw a manager almost yell at an employee for a minor mistake. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. Do better.
I spent the better part of 2 months staying at the hotel, having dinner every night and often breakfasts/lunch. Awesome food!! So worth the visit and the 2 well dressed gentleman who work at the front are more welcoming and helpful than you would ever expect. Shaaf and Kapil made me look forward to coming each evening, full of smiles and good conversation. “We went for the dinner buffet and had a great experience. It’s a calm and peaceful restaurant with pleasant waitstaff. The food was delicious, and the variety was excellent. Everything was fresh and definitely worth the price. I really liked it. There’s plenty of parking available. Dinner starts at 5 PM.”
