I've had nothing but positive experiences with Aalto which offers an array of services. I can speak personally about my experience with their telehealth services. I've been going to the same Social Worker for close to 2 yrs & have had no unexpected cancellations. This particular Therapist primarily does telehealth sessions which I prefer but also sees clients face-to-face once per week on Wednesdays. The best of the best! I’ve been going here for YEARS for my massages and I always leave feeling absolutely AMAZING! 10/10, and super reasonably priced! The 90minute hot stone massage is my go-to - highly recommend!
I made an appointment with a counselor, and was contacted to reschedule a few days later. I rescheduled for a time I was available and waited 3 weeks for the new appointment with a different counselor. The day before, I received a phone call that she had a family emergency, but could see me an hour earlier. I would be at a bridal shower during that time.
