They may have "good customer service" but when they have to answer for the claims, it is really a bad experience. One of their customers hit my car last Thursday and I'm still waiting for the adjuster's call. I have been calling the adjuster and I just can get an answer machine. There are not other phone, number, person, or department able to help me so am without a car.

Amelia Mora from their legal department doesn't do her job. But they were ok taking my money. now I have to pay another paralegal to fill out my paper work. I have talked to a couple of other people she has done that with them. I am going to file a claim and let the BBB how you take people's money and don't do the job you were paid for. Someone needs to be held responsible for stealing people's hard earned money!!!
