This is by far the worst company that i have ever seen. I have called many times and can not get through. I have left messages on the answering machine and no one returns my calls. I have emailed everyone on their website and no one replies. This company is responsible for lots of damage to my HHG's. My claim has been in for over 8 months and have yet to hear from anyone. I would give them no stars if it were possible.
Very poor customer service. They damaged one expensive electronic item and lost a box full of my belongings. When I made a claim through their company, they delayed, lost my claim, transferred me from one office to another, and hung up on me. This has happened every time I called them. It's been over 8 months since I made a damage claim against this business and they still haven't repaid what they agreed to for the damage to my belongings.
