I patiently waited 3 months for my appointment, just to be called a week prior to the appointment date and told that they had scheduled me to see the doctor on a day he doesn’t work and that I would now have to wait an additional 3 months to be seen. I cancelled the appointment and was seen somewhere else in 3 days time.
I’ve been having really bad migraines the past few years, started back in 2022. Back in 2022, I hit my head bad, had a concussion that I never went to the hospital for, went to class the next day and felt horrible but I was able to manage it. Then the headaches started and I thought it was just that, headaches. Then in 2023, at work I had an incident where I hit my head twice on the floor, bruised up pretty bad, blacked out, and I don’t remember much from that night. Staff and provider are great! Dr Bhargava takes his time, listens and answers any questions. I never feel rushed during my appointments.
Dr.Bhargava really takes the time to listen and think out all options, giving you a sense of control in your healthcare plan. He is always very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
