Love Dr kobernick and most of the staff is super professional/welcoming. The allergy shots have helped me immensely. I’m excited to see the outcome!! Hoping to completely remove allergies from my life. Big bonus is the drop in appointments for the allergy shots.
Completely incompetent office. My son’s referral had been sent by our ENT 2x and this office continues to state they haven’t received it. After 3 attempts when I finally spoke with someone in this office they told me they would get the referral and call back the next day. Almost at a week later I have yet to hear from them, yet again. As an RN I know how important sleep studies are. I recommend others not even try with this office.
Two appointments in a row that they screwed up. The front office staff is not caring at all. I just used a break for a doctor's appointment and they never showed up. I'll be looking for a new sleep study doctor
So, once again a Corewell Health affiliated group has no idea what they are doing! Called and made an appointment for a video visit, which is the process. Talked with a PA at length about symptoms and she was going to send out a home kit. I informed her I was about to go out of town and she said no problem, we will send it out the day before your return. **UPDATE** When I went back for the CPAP calibration sleep study, I griped to the tech about not being evaluated for delayed sleep phase as I'd requested, and she said it wasn't in the notes at all, but she'd take a look at my previous test results and that night's test and see what was visible. When I went back a few days later to get the results of the CPAP calibration, the PA I spoke with went through the assigned pressure etc and then added "now, about your delayed sleep phase..."
