Two appointments in a row that they screwed up. The front office staff is not caring at all. I just used a break for a doctor's appointment and they never showed up. I'll be looking for a new sleep study doctor
So, once again a Corewell Health affiliated group has no idea what they are doing! Called and made an appointment for a video visit, which is the process. Talked with a PA at length about symptoms and she was going to send out a home kit. I informed her I was about to go out of town and she said no problem, we will send it out the day before your return. **UPDATE** When I went back for the CPAP calibration sleep study, I griped to the tech about not being evaluated for delayed sleep phase as I'd requested, and she said it wasn't in the notes at all, but she'd take a look at my previous test results and that night's test and see what was visible. When I went back a few days later to get the results of the CPAP calibration, the PA I spoke with went through the assigned pressure etc and then added "now, about your delayed sleep phase..." Jasmina was a great technician and made sure I was comfortable throughout the night! The set-up is very nice (includes a fan) and has complementary internet.
Highly recommend the Troy sleep center! Jasmine was so gentle and communicative with my 7 year old daughter during her sleep study. We were immediately comfortable and felt very informed during the process.
