Dr referred me and i tried to call like 2 weeks ago and was on hold then i went online as the recording started to request apt. Heard nothing.. called again today.. no one answered but i left a message. States it will take 2 hours to get back to me and i never heard back. Guess i will ask my doctor for another referral to go elsewhere . Read the recent reviews, was not just me. Looks like they need an office manager and help!
Extremely poor communication and customer service I went to this clinic months ago for a sleep study, and before I left, they told me someone from another department would contact me within one or two weeks to give me instructions and the home sleep test machine. It has now been almost three months, and no one ever contacted me. I called the office many times, left voicemails, and never received a call back. Most irresponsible provider i have seen so far. I hope they close their business instead of treating the patients.
They don’t respond on time and have to call numerous times to get a call back.
