I came here tonight to get my eyebrows threaded. I got there at 6:40pm. Google said they close at 7:00. As I was walking up, a worker started closing the first curtain. I asked her through the window if they were closed she said yes. I thought to myself no problem nobody was inside they probably wanted to close early. I went back to my car and sat in it for a while. I was a Aaina fan for many years until now. I went in to get my brows done and the service was rude and completely rushed. After seeing how unfinished the job was I asked for a clean up and ended up with a botched brow. It being a salon I was comfortable with rollers in my hair and was told that my hair being up was the issue with the service ? I have been a returning customer at Aaina of Hicksville since they opened the Hicksville location. I only have my eyebrows threaded there & always have had different people.... my experiences have always been a positive one until today (TUESDAY 10/28/25). I went into the salon with only two people working & was given "Susie", I specifically told her I wanted just a light cleaning on my eyebrows & that I preferred them thick.
