Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a simple eyebrow and upper lip wax/threading and was met with nothing but rudeness and a completely rushed service. The younger lady who worked on me couldn’t have spent more than 3 minutes total. She slapped wax across my entire upper lip and carelessly threw on the waxing strip without even pressing it down properly—no effort to make sure it adhered to the hair before ripping it off. The receptionist or I guess the daughter of owner is very rude. Always answers me like I am asking to do the service for free. I did my eyebrows there and after doing it 7-8 minutes the lady told me to check if it’s okay? I checked and most of the part was not done. So I told her to do it and then the receptionist was looking at me as if I did my eyebrows for free.
